1. Rowing with stabilizer arms is comparable to rowing in a 1-man boat. Experience maximum freedom in arm movement of almost 180 degrees. As your pulls become stronger, the water force technique automatically creates more resistance for you.
2. To alternate rowing with one outrigger arm, grasp the same outrigger arm with both hands and row on one side as in a multi-person boat. This way you train the diagonal muscles of your trunk intensively and then switch to the other side.
3. In classic rowing, the rowing handle is used. The straight pull motion allows you to focus on increasing your stroke rate and intensifying your workout.
