It is a priority for us to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our warehouse is able to process a large quantity of orders to always guarantee minimum waiting times.

Orders paid by bank transfer will always be shipped after actual credit.

The times stated above are indicative and may vary during high season and/or holiday periods.

An automatic email will notify you of the shipment by communicating the tracking code.

Transport Times Mode

Destination Italy
Transport on Italian territory is entrusted to express couriers of national importance of maximum notoriety and reliability. On average, delivery takes place throughout Italy within 1/2 working days (islands excluded). Times are absolutely indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or based on the destination to be reached. In any case we are not
responsible for any delays due to the courier. During the purchase procedure it is possible to express your preference among the proposed couriers, but we will still entrust the shipment to the most suitable carrier for an easier and faster delivery depending on the destination. Furthermore, through the BRT and GLS couriers it is possible to take advantage of collection from the courier depot, usually present in almost all cities in Italy. When ordering, you can indicate the collection point you prefer in the message field.

In order to have an accurate and safe delivery, please indicate the destination address as precisely as possible. It is therefore important that you provide us with the address complete with useful information, for example Staircase, Extension, Intercom, etc...

The delivery of the products takes place at street level, in no case, unless agreements made prior to the order, is it possible to evaluate the optional feasibility of delivery to the floor.

We are not responsible for any delays and/or non-deliveries caused by incomplete or inadequately provided addresses when ordering.

In any case we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier. Any delays will not give the buyer any right to claim damages of any kind.
