RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Pursuant to the consumer code which regulates distance selling (Legislative Decree 21/2014), if the customer is a "consumer" (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty;
2. in accordance with the law, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer;
3. the shipment, until proof of receipt in the Alpine srl warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer who returns the goods;
4. additional costs highlighted and accepted by the Customer at the time of completing the order (assembly service, telephone appointment, etc.) will not be reimbursed;
5. the products must be returned within 14 calendar days starting from the day following delivery of the goods. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending a written communication to the ALPINE Srl headquarters within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the goods. All products must be substantially intact and functioning in their packaging. original, complete with all their parts and accessories (including any guarantees, instructions, user licenses, cables, etc...), without any defects and used according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt;
   
6. Alpine srl may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to the
   decrease in the value of the asset resulting from manipulation of the assets
   other than that necessary to recondition the characteristics and the
   functioning of the same. For example:
   • the use of the good that has compromised its integrity or the use of any consumables
   • the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
   • the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...)
   • sealed packages/open blister packs
   • damage to the product
7. Alpine srl will reimburse the customer for the cost of the returned goods, within 14 days of the return of the goods, with the same methods used by the Customer for the purchase or, by bank transfer, credit card cancellation, PayPal refund in case of payment in cash to the courier, the refund will be made via bank transfer;

ATTENTION: THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING PRODUCT CATEGORIES:

• Printed or screen-printed clothing (as customized upon specific customer request)
• Beauty equipment (pressure therapy, solarium - liposuction - electrostimulators - magnetotherapy - massagers - hair removal products, ) as products for strictly personal use.
• Food supplements, as sealed products
  
• Professional billiards and table football: as they are tailor-made products for the customer with customization of the coin mechanism
  
• Wooden houses, wooden turrets and EN1176 certified swings expressly made upon customer request
• Professional basketball systems, made with specific measurements and particular paint treatments, volleyball systems, beach volleyball, protections specially made for the customer.
  
• Canoes and Kayaks with required customizations such as adding accessories, rod holders or specific colors as they are specially made to specific customer requests.
  
• Products specially made for the customer.
• Corporate Customers, holders of VAT number (see current legislation)
  The right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Code concerns only the consumer. The notion of "consumer" is provided for by art. 3 lett. A Legislative Decree 206/05: "consumer or user: the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out". Therefore, being the holder of a VAT number a professional, and not a consumer, he will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal regulated in the Consumer Code
