Fitness test included! Recovery heart rate measurement with fitness assessment Press the Recovery button on the on-board computer to measure your heart rate. The on-board training computer is equipped with an integrated heart rate receiver. You can use an optional chest strap to view your heart rate while you row. The faster your heart rate drops, the fitter you are. Your Ocean One's onboard computer will display a fitness grade from 1 to 6. A good grade will motivate you to do even better and work even harder during your next rowing session.

The on-board training computer of the HAMMER Ocean One rowing machine has a lot of training data that you can check on an intuitive LCD display. You can view: training time, 500m time, number of rows/minute, training distance, total number of rows, calorie consumption, heart rate and average value for time, calories and heart rate. The RACE feature helps improve your motivation by choosing one of many 500m times that set you a speed goal. The on-board computer is height-adjustable and can be rotated forwards or backwards for the most comfortable position.

The tablet or smartphone holder can be adjusted vertically and horizontally. It can be easily detached from the rowing machine if you want to fully concentrate on your workout without distractions. The stand can be adjusted horizontally and vertically and can be rotated 360°. This helps you find the perfect viewing angle for your smartphone. The soft protective rubber of the tablet holder prevents damage to your smartphone/tablet while paddling.

Adjust your rowing resistance via the water level in your Ocean One's tank. Simply add water to the tank if you want to increase resistance. Release water from tank to reduce resistance. A scale on the water tank helps adjust the water level and allows you to set the perfect resistance for your needs.

Adapt to the length of your feet

Adjustable footplates allow you to tailor your rowing machine to your particular physical needs and your foot length or shoe size. Other users in your family can also adjust the foot length on the rowing machine via the sliding part of the footplate and the stop knobs. Each footplate features a hook-and-loop closure to keep your feet securely in place while you row. The footplates are arranged at a hip-friendly distance to prevent hip fatigue, regardless of the duration of the workout.
