The lat pulldown is one of the most popular exercises in weight training and one of the most effective back exercises. The movement is similar to the classic pull-up, but here it is possible to work with much less weight to ensure perfect execution of the exercise. Freedom of movement leads to greater involvement of the supporting muscles and therefore greater effectiveness in training.
