The crank is the perfect accessory for your FINNLO MED 3.0, Exum and Varon. The adjustable crank is perfect for resistance training after operations, injuries or degenerative joint changes. The length of the pedal arm can be adjusted up to 12 levels with the crank arm. The length-adjustable crank has a large adjustment range of 55-175mm and is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Tool-free adjustment ensures quick adjustment to needs.

The ability to bend and reach, required to some extent when exercising on an ergometer, is difficult to achieve for many people, especially those suffering from an injury, surgery, or degenerative joint change in their movement. Standard cranks require flexion and extension angles at the knee and hip joints between 110° and 120°.
