General description
Its internal cells and its protection system are safe from the elements in a completely sealed silicone-based cover and wrapped in a portable cover that will allow you to transport it without fear of getting it wet, its wiring is completely waterproof thanks to the use of gaskets and threaded connectors
Measurements (cm): 18 x 20 x 12
Weight (g) 3.95 kg.
Output voltage (V): 12
Maximum charging time (h): 6 (depends on consumption)
How much autonomy will I have with my PoweryMax TX50? This depends on the power consumption of your electric motor, drive or drive, since due to its larger capacity it allows the connection of more than one device.
Calculating the autonomy is easy, divide the capacity by the consumption of your electronic equipment and you will get the hours of use. Keep in mind to enter amperes (50ah) or milliamps (50,000mah) to make the right calculation.
LITHIUM IRON BATTERY CODE: TX1250 (50AH)
Using 12.60V cycle
Voltage range 12.60V to 9.00V
maximum charging current 10A
Charging temperature from 0ºC to 45ºC
Discharge temperature -20º to 60ºC
Maximum continuous discharge current: 40A
Maximum impulse discharge current: 80A / 0.2Sec.
Attention:
Avoid short circuits.
Do not heat above 60ºC.
Do not throw into fire.
Do not disassemble.
Avoid mechanical shocks.
Risk of fire, explosion or burns.
We recommend using a protection fuse before connecting our device and fully charging the device before use, as well as not leaving it fully charged if we expect long periods of inactivity. The charger can be left on even after being fully charged, as it is equipped with a protection system, but it is not recommended to leave it on for long periods of inactivity
It is recommended to clean the connectors after use, especially in salt water, that's all we need to take into account!
Recommendations for use, storage and assembly
INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ASSEMBLY:
Your device must be compatible with the battery specifications of the power kit
Please note the polarity, RED (+) and BLACK (-)
The Power Kit battery must be fully charged before using for the first time.
ASSEMBLY
1. Cut the heat shrink strip approximately in the middle and first pass each of the
cables through it, leaving enough cable to work comfortably.
2. Our connection cable is previously stripped, leaving part of the end exposed,
do the same with the device cable to connect approximately the same way
length, wrapping the strands of the cable to prevent part of it from coming out when inserted into the
the joint connector.
3. Clarify which wire is positive (+) and negative (-) of the device before proceeding
next point, usually BLACK is (-) and RED (+)
4. Place the bare end of the wire on each end of the splice connector
making sure the inner metal center touches the ends of both cables, using
with pliers crush this central metal part, leaving the cables fixed to it, once
done the first
repeat the operation with the other cable.
5. Pass a heat source (a simple lighter is enough) from the center outwards
evenly into each of the splice connectors until the tube conforms to
cable and wait for it to cool before proceeding to the next step.
6. Place the piece of heat shrink completely covering the connector and reapply heat
to this second layer of protection, by leaving the joint completely sealed, we prevent the entry of
humidity which would shorten the life of our Power Battery Kit.
IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
Failure to follow the operating or assembly instructions may cause damage to the power kit battery, connected equipment, or even serious personal injury.
Never use a charger other than the one supplied. (danger of damage and/or fire)
Although the Power Battery Kit is moisture resistant and waterproof, it should not be immersed under any circumstances.
