Compared to the OPTIMA 100 model, the Kettler Optima 200 elliptical has a
longer stride and consequently a more pleasant elliptical movement. THE
14 kg of the flywheel makes the movement smooth and training
pleasant. You can set the location according to your needs and
preferences via the adjustable footrests and find your position
ideal for feet and legs. The ergonomic, curved arms offer numerous
grip mode to train the upper body.


Easily set a training program or change parameters
while you train via the intuitive training computer. You have a
10 programs available (including a frequency-driven program
cardiac). You can also configure via the Editor function
training sessions individually according to your preferences.

During training, the
main training parameters, such as heart rate, speed and
distance travelled. The bluetooth interface allows you to connect
the OPTIMA 200 at KettMaps.
