Genesy 3000 - Globus Line Electrostimulator
The Genesy 3000 represents the spearhead of the new Globus professional range as it concentrates the best of the technologies and functions that Globus has developed in recent years.
This professional electrostimulator second generation was in fact born from a new hardware and software project that has implemented the potential for use in the medical, rehabilitation and physiotherapy fields.
The unit, characterized by larger dimensions and an ergonomic design, thanks to its mains and battery operation can be used both as a fixed station and as a portable unit.
The Genesy 3000 is the best equipped stimulator for the treatment of pain, to promote tissue healing and for the treatment of neuromuscular dysfunctions.
The System is designed to allow more effective and rapid re-athleticisation of injured athletes and to reduce, at the same time, the possibility of new injuries. The programs are specifically designed both to resolve the acute post-traumatic phase and to recover athletes who need to undergo reconstructive surgery.
This machine also has specific programs for athletic training in the most important sports disciplines.
The equipment is completed by a complete range of body care treatments with purely aesthetic purposes.
8 DIFFERENT TYPES OF CURRENT
The Genesy 3000 in particular stands out for its ability to deliver all the main medical currents:
- EMS currents (Electro Muscle Stimulation)

- MENS currents (Micro Current Stimulation)
- Interferential Currents
- Triangular and trapezoidal wave currents for the Denervated Mt
- Direct Current for Iontophoresis

- High level sports training (EMS)
- Fitness Preparation (EMS)
- Aesthetic treatments (EMS, MENS).
STRENGTHS
Considerable attention has been paid to making the use of the machine more intuitive and easier for users.
GENESY SERIES FUNCTIONS
- “EASY PROGRAM” ELECTROTHERAPY MENU: a section where you can quickly set a program by choosing the desired parameters (time, frequency, body part) and carry out specific treatments using the EMS and Russian currents (Kotz)
- MY TRAINER: view all images of electrode placement directly on the display
- FAST MENU: makes navigation faster
- STIM LOCK: allows the therapist to allow the patient to use only programs that have been prescribed
- WORK TIME: displays the actual use times of the machine by all users
- MAINS & BATTERY OPERATION.

SPECIAL FUNCTIONS
- BACKLIT GRAPHIC DISPLAY
- DUAL STIM 2+2: possibility of running two different programs simultaneously.
- AUTO STIM®: the only electrostimulator that allows you to run a program automatically without having to manually adjust the intensity.
- SYNCROSTIM: Acting on a single button increases the intensity of the 4 channels simultaneously.
- FAVOURITES: possibility of storing up to 30 programs per user
- MEMO FUNCTION: allows you to create a library of customized programs.
- LAST 10: stores the last programs carried out. In this way they are available for quick and simple execution.
PROGRAMS
Rehab
Rehabilitation programs use EMS currents to restore normal conditions of muscle efficiency in post-injury recovery treatments.
Muscle stimulation is also a useful tool in some situations in which normal neuromuscular function is compromised.
- Swollen ankles
- Quadriceps atrophy
- Hemiplegia-Upper Limbs
- Hemiplegia Lower Limbs

- Functional recovery of lower limbs
- Multiple sclerosis – Ried. ankle
- Multiple sclerosis – Ried. leg
- Multiple sclerosis - Muscle spasms
- Shoulder Subluxation Prevention
- Vasto M. Reinforcement for Syndrome
- Patello-Femoral
Tens
Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. Transcutaneous electrical stimulation (TENS) is an analgesic stimulation that is carried out with impulses that reach the peripheral nervous system through electrodes positioned on the area to be treated. TENS stimulation is carried out with symmetrical biphasic pulses and with frequencies that can vary from 8 to 200 Hz.

Mens (MCR)
MENS currents use currents whose intensity is between 10 and 500 µA (microamps, i.e. one millionth of an amp).
Normally MENS therapy involves two distinct phases, the first of which aims to reduce the painful sensation perceived by the patient, while the second phase promotes protein and ATP synthesis, accelerating the tissue repair processes.

Interferential
This particular type of current is called interferential because it creates an interference zone within the tissues at the point where the fields cross. The interferential current is an alternating sinusoidal current at medium frequency (2500 Hz - 4000 Hz - 10000 Hz), modulated in amplitude, characterized by a high ability to penetrate tissues and by excellent tolerability even by particularly sensitive patients.

Electrotherapy
The Electrotherapy program list includes 192 EMS and 44 Russian (KOTZ) parameter combinations
Denervated muscles
The stimulation of a denervated muscle differs from that of a healthy muscle in that the activation of the muscle fibers requires particular currents.
In the presence of a traumatic lesion of the peripheral nerves, the measurement of the chronaxies allows to establish whether the denervation is poor, partial or total.

Iontophoresis
The iontophoresis program works by conveying pharmacological substances into the tissues thanks to a unidirectional direct electric current.
The ions of the medicinal substance are transported inside the organism through the skin areas which offer low resistance to the current, thus reaching the cell membranes.
Aesthetics
The Genesy 3000 has a range of programs designed for body care and beauty: there are numerous specific treatments such as drainage, modeling, lipolysis, facial toning, anti-cellulite actions that can be applied individually or in combination with each other.
The effect of the stimulation is in fact enhanced if several treatments are combined together in each session: each phase of the treatment in fact acts with differentiated and specific methods (for example: superficial massage-drainage-deep massage-anti-cellulite action, toning) which, acting in synergy between them, they give you the best and most long-lasting results.
